Elie haddad CEO
Elie Haddad is the visionary architect behind the Bio City model. As Group CEO, he leads the strategy and global expansion of integrated research-based smart cities centered on tertiary care children’s hospitals and sustainable real estate clusters. With over 25 years of experience, including senior roles at major financial institutions and as CEO of a $2bn Abu Dhabi-based investment bank, he has secured funding and launched flagship projects in Istanbul and Riyadh, with new developments now underway in China
Hamid butt CFO
Hamid Butt is a BCD co-founder and seasoned financial executive with over 40 years of leadership in global capital markets. He brings a proven track record in structured finance, cross-border transactions, and risk management from senior roles at Citigroup, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, and International Bank of Qatar. As CFO, he oversees all financial strategy, fundraising, and fiscal stewardship for the BCD Group
Xing Liang Partner
Xing Liang is BCD's key partner for China, responsible for managing government relations and business development from the Beijing office. Instrumental in securing major projects such as the Zhengzhou Bio City, he leverages extensive networks with central and provincial governments as well as the PLA. With a background in large-scale real estate fund management, Mr. Liang provides critical strategic access and local expertise for portfolio expansion across key Chinese provinces

Mr. Song is the Partner and GM in China, bringing over 20 years of expertise in healthcare investment and M&A. Before joining BCD, he held senior executive roles at prominent pharmaceutical firms, including serving as Global Investment GM at ChaseSun Pharma and leading investment divisions at Kangmei Pharma and Dikang Pharma. A highly recognized industry leader, Mr. Song serves on several national committees—including the China Medical and Health Association—and was named one of the Top 100 Most Publicly Influential Venture Capital Figures in China's Healthcare industry.
